7-day exchange window
Within 7 days of receiving your piece, you can exchange for a different size (same SKU) at no cost. Item must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached. Email hello@lineathletes.co with your order number and the new size and we send pickup details.
Defects + manufacturing issues
If a piece arrives defective or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of receipt, we replace it free of charge or refund in full. PH Consumer Act (RA 7394) baseline — we honor it without question.
Drop pieces — final sale
Limited drop pieces (Hero V.2, Power × Freiza, etc.) are final sale once you receive them. Same drop, sold out forever — we can't replace what we don't restock. Make sure your size is right before you commit. The size guide on each PDP is the source of truth.
How to start a return
Email hello@lineathletes.co with your order number, the reason, and a photo if the piece is defective. We respond within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) with next steps.
